Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
